Auctionimage border 2px solid #636363. Retro starburst/sunburst metamec battery wall clock. Retro teak and anodized metal peaks with timber rays wall clock this starburst clock, has a wonderful wood grain with a black grain thorugh out the wooden peaks which looks great.
The anodized smaller metal peaks match in well to give it a sun effect and the metal pins in the back ground just set it off. There is a couple of small marks nothing major unless you look very hard you may see them and the outer anodized ring around the clock face has got some tarnish spots that can be seen up close only, just mentioned for accuracy please look at photos. Has kept its original kienzle german movement which rnus of a c size battery and keeps good time. The case is english made and it has a bakelite frame. The face of clock is glass and has a couple of very minor scratches and there is a rub mark on the inside were the second hand at some stage has rubbed, but this is very minor mentioned for accuracy please look at photos.
In excellent condition considering age. Highly collectible and sort after and a pleasure to look at. This clock is 44 cms in diameter and the clock face being 18 cm in diameter.
